Returns and Refund Policy

Our full refund policy lasts 14 days. Our exchange ( for similar item) last for 30 days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund if your item is damaged, devalued or has been used in a manner not deemed normal use.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Items where hygiene is of concern - Headphones - Microphones - may only be returned if the packaging seals are unbroken - and the items are unused.
Items of software or where additional software has been installed may not be eligible for full refund.
Items of special order for the customer may only be returned at our discretion.

You must contact us, ideally by email or letter, to obtain returns authorisation. If you fail to do this - we may reject your return.
Unless your item is faulty, you will be liable for the return costs and suitability of carrier method. When we make a refund, we will reimburse you the cost of our standard shipping method.

REFUNDS Payments:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FAULTY GOODS (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
